“she burst into a peal of laughter” is a series of glass sculptures containing scented bubble liquids, activated by participants and/or a performer. The polarizing and unsettling series of scents range from odd mixes of edible matter, floral blends, and wood notes to burnt household items and urine, and have been developed by combining distillation and infusion methods with synthetic olfactory components.
